4 pieces. Turmeric mashed potatoes rolled up in a thin crunchy corn tortilla. Topped with Mexican crema, butter lettuce, guacamole, cotija cheese and red salsa.
Chicano Tacos
2 pieces. Grass fed beef tri tip cutlets with roasted garlicky salsa, cilantro florets and pickled red onions.
Ensenada Fish Tacos Plate
2 pieces. Tempura battered market catch on heirloom blue corn tortilla with red cabbage, pickled red onion, and cilantro crema. Served with a salmon consome (bone broth).
3 Cheese Tamale Plate
2 pieces. Panela, oaxaca and Jack cheeses with a smoked salsa verde in a chile California infused masa. Comes with pickles and peppers.
